In cooperation with large and reliable production plants in Italy and China, under the brand name ROHNSON, STIROPLUS, HAIR MAJESTY has a wide range of electrical appliances (ironing appliances, kitchen appliances, seasonal items, vacuum cleaners, personal care appliances), produced according to the strictest quality standards, thus meeting the needs of the market.
The company aims to satisfy its consumers and customers, through the provision of its quality products, support services (after sales service, VASSILIAS guarantee, etc.), the organized and extensive service network, as well as the commitment to close and careful monitoring of the modern household needs.

The company’s leading position and many years of experience in electrical small appliances and ironing systems have led to the creation of innovative products. VASSILIAS SA set the specifications and created, in collaboration with an Italian company, the innovative Heating Iron board, which is available in the Greek market under the brand name Stiroplus.
VASSILIAS SA cooperates with all the largest market chains of electrical stores, the majority of department stores and cooperatives as well as with a particularly large number of independent stores. At the same time, its distribution network has been expanded to Super Markets. The company has a large force of experienced sellers, which maintains close relationships with all its customers throughout Greece. The persistent and concerted efforts of the sales force have led to the complete distribution coverage of the company’s activity markets.

COMPANY’S HISTORY
1982 Establishment of the company VASSILIAS G.P, with the main object of the import and distribution of electrical small appliances and furniture. The initial headquarters of the company was located at 3 Zaloggou Street, Athens.
1983 The company concentrates its activity in the field of electrical appliances and expands its business activity. An important role in the decision of the business expansion is played by the undertaking of the representation of the Italian company SIMAC by the company VASSILIAS, with STIRELLA Ironing Systems as the main import product.
1984 The expansion of the activities and the Turnover led the initial partners to the decision to change the legal form of the company from G.P. in Ltd. as well as its relocation to larger offices in Kypseli, Doiranis 12.
1985 The company’s activities expand even more, as its collaborations with well-known foreign companies expand. Undertakes the representation of the French company of personal care products BABYLISS as well as of the German House of professional personal care products MOSER.
1987 To facilitate the expansion of business activity in Northern Greece, the company establishes a branch in Thessaloniki. The Regional Directorate of Northern Greece is housed at 3 Olynthou Street.
1988 The company takes the legal form in which it exists until today, i.e., it is transformed into a SA. At the same time, the company VASILIAS Ltd. is maintained, which focuses on providing Services.
1993 With the aim of expanding the business activities in the Balkan region, the company establishes a subsidiary in Bulgaria under the name VASSILIAS INTERNATIONAL LTD. The new company undertakes the representation of large European Houses and Brands, while in parallel with its commercial activity it offers warranty and repair services.
That same year, VASSILIAS SA creates and patents the ROHNSON brand. In collaboration with large manufacturing plants in Italy, China, Taiwan and Korea, it sets the technical specifications for the creation of a wide range of household electrical appliances, which it has and establishes in the Greek and Balkan market under the brand name ROHNSON.
1997 The company is relocated to privately owned offices in Treis Gefyres, 8 Keletseki, Athens.
1998 Establishment of a subsidiary in Romania under the name SC VASSILIAS S.R.L.
2002 Establishment of a subsidiary in the Czech Republic under the name, ELECTRA TRADE S.R.O.
2003 Purchase of a plot of land of 35,000 sq.m. for the creation of privately owned warehouses of 15,000 sq.m. in the area of Oinoi, in the municipality of Schimatari, Prefecture of Boeotia and complete transfer of the warehouses to the new facilities.

VASSILIAS SA, utilizing the thorough knowledge of the industry and the close and long-term cooperative relations with its suppliers, has expanded its activities in the markets of the neighboring Balkan countries. Through subsidiaries, it has developed an extensive distribution network in Bulgaria, Romania and Czech Republic, partnering with major retailers and wholesalers, supermarkets and electrical chain stores, cooperatives and independent entrepreneurs. The company has also started cooperation with representatives and distributors in Eastern European countries.
